It was a long illness with heart failure, we moved to Welywn Garden City in 2013. Even then we were on palliative care only. It was not long after we were introduced to May Pheasant and Isabel Hospice. From that day forward we felt safe in the knowledge we were being cared for as a family. I cared for Jerry until his death in 2020 the beginning of Covid epidemic. All along we had wonderful support at a phone call away. Even to a consultant visiting us at home. Thank you for all you did for him.
